When you request an estimate, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP, the service you need, and anything you write about your project. If you call or email us, we keep the details of that conversation so we can follow up.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule an estimate, and do the work you hire us for. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who else handles it

Estimate requests are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to measure our advertising. These services may set cookies and collect information such as your browser type, the pages you visit, and your approximate location. You can learn more and opt out at policies.google.com, or block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them for the project, warranty questions, and our business records.
